DELIVERY TIME

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

• For Clothes:

  • Processing time: 5-10 business days

  • Shipping time: 10-15 business days

  • Estimated delivery time: 15-25 business days

• For Sneakers:

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days

  • Shipping time: 10-15 business days

(Business Days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday, and Sunday are not included)

Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment.

During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.

Our orders will be shipped via various carriers including USPS, FedEx, 4PX, and Local Post.

Shipping prices are fixed and do not change at any time

• For Clothes:

  • Orders under $150: $7.99

  • Orders over $150: Free Shipping

  • Additional Items: Free

• For Sneakers:

  • Free shipping on all orders

Do you provide tracking information?

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order, Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system

SHIPPING DELAYS 

Our shipping partners do their best to ensure you receive your package on time, however occasional delays do occur. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable events such as:

• Covid-19 Situation

• Severe weather conditions

• International customs procedures

ITEM NOT RECEIVED :

If you have successfully placed an order and have not received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. You need to contact the carrier to find your bag as once the item is bagged we don’t have control over it (once it’s by the carrier ), but if the issues still persist kindly Email us at support@anhsports.com will try our best to assist you.

IMPORTANT: Customers are responsible for providing us with the correct shipping and billing address. If you realize that this is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the product has already been shipped a refund cannot be processed until the product has been returned to us.

Cancel/Modify

• If you have to cancel/modify the order you can do it within 24 hours of placing the order.

• Please email us at support@anhsports.com to modify/cancel the order.

• If you cancel the order, you will be charged a fee (2.9%+0.3$) of the order value. This is a payment gateway fee, we do not keep this fee

Replace Products

If the item is not as described. This includes wrong color, design, wrong size, wrong style, or poor quality. (Please make sure to have a look at our sizing charts on product pages). Please provide proof that the item received is not as described and our team will resend replacement for you at no additional cost. 

Returns

• Return period: within 30 days of receiving your order.

• The product is in poor condition (damage, incorrect object, or poor printing quality), or if the packaging has been tampered with or the product has been damaged during delivery. This item is eligible for a full refund or replacement

• We do not accept returns for personalized products which are customized by you!

• We do not accept returns if you have chosen the wrong size, wrong color, and wrong type

• Please email us at support@anhsports.com, choose your issue, and attach a picture of the damaged item within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

• If you don’t receive your product after 45 business days from the day you purchased it (which rarely happens), we will refund you 100% of your money.

• Give you a 100% Refund as it’s our fault.

• Please email us at support@anhsports.com to request a refund

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on the form of payment, you will receive your refund within 5 – 10 business days.

NOTE

We typically DO NOT accept refunds or replacements due to customer mistakes such as:

• Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

• Failing to preview the design carefully to see if it’s well set (as all of our printing files are automatically generated precisely as same as the preview on our website)

So please review your order carefully before you check out to ensure your order is correct.

Please allow the 20% difference between the advertised images and the actual item you received. Sometimes advertised images may slightly differ from the actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display.
